When you register for a REINV8NT event or express interest via LinkedIn or another registration platform, we may collect:

• Responses to application or registration questions

• Payment or registration status, where applicable

• Review and assess your application for event attendance

• Communicate your registration status

• Share a curated attendee list with confirmed guests prior to the event, where relevant

• Improve future events and community experiences

• Invite you to future REINV8NT events, community experiences, or relevant opportunities

2.DATA SHARING

• Confirmed event co-attendees — where relevant, a curated guest list may be shared before the event as part of the REINV8NT pre-match experience. This may include your name, professional focus, company or project, what you are building, and the type of connection you are looking for.

• Our internal team — for curation, operations, event management, and communication purposes.

• Third-party platforms — including LinkedIn, Luma, Zbooni, Squarespace, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or similar service providers, subject to their respective privacy policies.

We do not share your mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, or private application responses with other attendees unless you have clearly agreed to it or shared them directly yourself.

3.DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, event operations, legal compliance, and community management purposes.
